I had been wanting to take pictures at a carnival for some time now, and JAHook's awesome photos made me even more determined, motivated and inspired to do so. Luckily, I had the opportunity to do just that at the Honolulu Family Festival at Magic Island tonight. We got there around 8:00 p.m., and it was surprisingly mellow, not crowded at all.... just the way I like it. I won a stuffed rhino for popping three balloons with darts within a red square, and Dean won a stuffed brown monkey in a banana for getting his dart inside a red star.... with his eyes CLOSED! Dog luck! Haha. I hadn't been to a carnival in so long... glad we checked it out. It'll be going on this weekend only, so check it out before it's too late!
