A year ago, my mom and I began to make getting manicures & pedicures together a bimonthly routine. In the beginning, we tried a few different spots, and eventually ended up as regulars at Nails L'Mour in Pearlridge Shopping Center. We really like the atmosphere there... it's spacious and clean, and it's a very relaxing and comfortable environment for us. I became Tomo's regular client, and my mom has her regular, Elaine. Mom and I not only enjoy spending time together every other week during our mani's & pedi's, but we also enjoy spending time and catching up with our nail girls as well. Sadly, today was my nail girl's last day, as she is moving back home to Okinawa to be with her family. I'm really sad she's leaving, but I am so happy for her at the same time. I had my last appointment with Tomo today... and afterwards, we took a few pictures together, and we both exchanged 'Thank You' gifts to one another. I didn't expect her to give me something; it was so sweet of her. I am glad we were able to build a friendship with one another and I will truly miss her! Sayonara Tomo... mata ne!
